7:00-8:30 PM Early Equipment Check

Saturday August 9th:
6:30 - 7:00 AM Lifter Check-In & Equipment Check
(Govt. Issued photo ID & USAPL ID are required to be presented for check-in)
7:00 - 8:30 AM Weigh-Ins
8:45 AM Lifter Briefing
9:00 AM Lifting Starts
Lifting Ends Approx. 4:00 PM
Awards & Drug Testing to Follow
Scoring & Structure
This meet will be OPEN only, meaning there are no age divisions. Best lifter awards are awarded to the male lifter with the highest DOTS score and female lifter with the highest DOTS score.
This meet is one platform one session, capped at 45 lifters!
Best Lifter Prize Package is TBD
Platform Equipment
We will be using TSS Combo Rack, TSS G1 Power Bar, and Titex Calibrated Plates
Note: there will be power bars, calibrated plates, and metal pound plates available in the warm-up room, but only a limited amount so please share!
Coach Pass
Coaching passes may be purchased at the door for $20.
Please note that in the warm-up room, only coaches and athletes are allowed. Unapproved media personnel and spectators may not enter. Coaches who are not members of USA Powerlifting must sign a waiver in order to enter into the warm-up room. You can find the waiver here.

Rules & Anti-Doping (Drug testing)

This meet is sanctioned by USA Powerlifting. All USA Powerlifting technical rules will be enforced. As an athlete, it is your responsibility to learn the technical rules of competition and ensure that your equipment is approved. This also includes following anti-doping/drug testing guidelines. Drug Testing information can be accessed at usapowerlifting.com.
In accordance to the USA Powerlifting Anti-Doping Protocols, a minimum of 10% of lifters present will be drug tested.
Any athlete who is using a substance listed on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Banned Substance List to treat a medical condition that has been diagnosed and documented by a medical doctor must declare that use to USA Powerlifting (USA Powerlifting). You may find more information on Therapeutic Exemption Usage (TUE) here.
