60-Minute Classes
Classes are thoughtfully designed to get you in and out in 60 minutes or less. Always punctual, never late.

Classes are strength forward, using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and many more implements. We believe strength is function.
early bird gets the worm
Our classes are Monday - Friday at 5:30/6:45/8:00 AM and Saturday 7:45/9:00 AM. Perfect for the professional to knockout a workout before work or for the mom that just dropped her kids off at school.
beginner friendly
Coaches work with people of many levels, from the seasoned former athlete, to the desk jockey, and the stay at home mom. We meet you where you’re at.

Classes are held Monday - Friday at 5:30, 6:45, and 8:00 AM and Saturday at 7:45 AM and 9:00 AM, and they run for one hour long
Memberships are at $200/month for a single membership, and $350/month for couples. There are 6-month and 12-month pre-pay options to save some $$$.
There is a 30-day notice cancellation policy and no enrollment or annual fees.

Experience is not required. Our coaches work with people across all levels, whether you’re de-conditioned, completely new, or somewhere in-between. We meet you where you’re at.

Our workouts take inspiration from CrossFit, and we even hold some traditions that CrossFit does, like hosting the annual Memorial Day Murph, but we are not a CrossFit box nor are we an affiliate.

Class attendance varies, it can range from 1 - 8 people at any given class. For our more filled classes we share equipment.

As long as you are medically cleared to workout, we try our best to meet you where you’re at and give appropriate exercise recommendations.

Yes! Our coaches accommodate to the best of their ability to ensure your workouts are safe, but also push you to be a better and stronger version of yourself. We care more about the effort than the results.

Athletic clothing and closed toed shoes. It is recommended to bring two pairs of shoes, one for running and conditioning and the other for heavy lifting. Running shoes have softer and thicker soles, where lifting shoes have a thinner and harder sole.

You can attend an unlimited amount of classes, and if you are unable to make the class in the morning, open gym access is included in the membership. The WOD is also left up on the white board the entire day.
Open gym is from 5:30 AM - 7:30 PM Monday - Friday and 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM Saturday.
