  • Our group classes focus on functionality, health, strength, community, and fun!

    Whether you’re looking to get stronger, look better, improve your health, or connect with a community, this is the place for you.

    Our current class times are:

    Monday - Friday 5:30 AM, 6:45 AM, 8:00 AM, and 4:15 PM

    Saturday: 7:45AM and 9:00 AM

    Group class memberships have open gym access included.

  • Experience personalized fitness guidance with our expert trainers.

    The 1:1 personal training is personalized to align best with your goals, abilities, and preferences and is our most premium offering.

    Sessions are 1-hour long.

  • A step down from 1:1 personal, semi-private training is a premium in-person service that is more flexible and has the option to also be self-lead.

    This is appropriate for both competitive strength athletes and general fitness.

    Members will receive an exercise program, access to communication with their coach, check-ins, open gym access, and access to in-person coaching during their coach’s hours.

    The biggest benefit to semi-private is that you will still get an in-person experience, but can also do it on your own whether you cannot make it to your coach’s hours or you are travelling.

  • For those that still want premium coaching, but at a more affordable rate.

    This is most appropriate for more experienced competitive strength athletes.

    Members will receive an exercise program, access to communication with their coach, and check-ins.

    24/7 gym access is not included in this membership, but can be purchased at a discounted rate.

  • For people that struggly primarily with nutrition and need a coach to guide them whether it is accountability, macros, performance nutrition, weight loss, and everything in-between.

    Our coaches come from all walks of life whether you struggle to keep weight off, want to focus on sports performance, or you're a busy person with kids or a full time job and need guiding hand to make better food choices and help achieve nutrition and health goals.

  • Memberships have no enrollment fees, and require a 30-day notice for cancellation.

    We have two membership options — Monthly at $60/mo and Annual at $660/yr (save on one month!)

    During some operational hours of the gym, there will be group classes running. There is a section of the gym specifically for open gym.

    Please do not interfere or utilize the group class space while group classes are in session.
